DrMeds provides a global specialty medicine access platform that connects patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities with certified pharmaceutical suppliers. Our services include:
- Medicine sourcing and procurement facilitation
- Prescription verification by licensed pharmacists
- International pharmaceutical logistics and delivery
- Clinical enquiry and patient support services
DrMeds acts as a pharmaceutical intermediary and does not manufacture medicines. All medicines are sourced from WHO-approved manufacturers and certified distributors.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use DrMeds services. By using our platform, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All medicine orders require a valid prescription from a licensed physician. Providing false, forged, or invalid prescriptions is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Medical Disclaimer
DrMeds does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on our website is for informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. Our pharmacist team can answer questions about medicines we supply but cannot replace your treating physician.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted individually and are subject to availability at the time of order
- Orders are confirmed only after prescription verification and payment receipt
- DrMeds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion
- Pricing includes medicine cost and logistics — any import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
- Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for verified quality issues
6. Intellectual Property
All content on drmeds.org — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of DrMeds Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrMeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
